This is good to watch if you're trying to get yourself into a good mental state. I used to hear mocking voice in my head (still do occasionally) but I started using them to spur me on. I pretended they were things that people had said to me in the past, that I couldn't do things and tried to prove the voices wrong. Eventually after going sober (I think alcohol is what caused it to begin with) I started to feel myself getting better. I have a long way to go but it's a good building block to start thinking about.

My problems are very good at hide and seek as well as cross country running.
I no longer try and run or hide from my problems.

"We all have bad days." I'm not having a bad day, I just never have good ones.

It probably was memories of the past that are coming back to learn from.
Has anyone hurt you in the past that caused you to doubt yourself?
I am glad you are getting better.
Is there anyone in the past you need to forgive? If so doing it will be of great benefit for you whether or not they forgive you, you forgive yourself for resenting them.

I have learned by forgiving my past I have received peace of mind.

My head has been all over the place since my Grandma died so it's possible that subconsciously I'm have a flashback of memories. There was a period where I came out of numerous heart breaking situations with three different girls (over about 3 years) which cause me to really doubt myself. I've been single for over a year, had no sexual contact and I put on a lot of weight (which I'm currently in the process of trying to lose as it became a huge insecurity) all of which took its toll.

So mainly it would be girls I've been involved with in the past that I can now only contact via facebook, one is too immature to talk to, the other hates me and the third is getting married soon (and she's a bit younger than me! I'm only nearly 19!).

Thing is, they did unforgivable things and I don't want to message them out of the blue saying "I forgive you". How do you learn to forgive someone? :\

It's more of an inside joke, everyone I know talks trash about Hull, but when someone who isn't from Hull does it we all get offended. It's mad really :') It's not even just a thing with me and my friends, all of my family are like that and honestly, most of the people in the city are that I've met :p
