Default Overhaul Me

I'm going to try a six month project to remake my life. The New Me In March didn't go as planned but I'm not going to throw in the towel just yet. This new project involves budgeting, exercising, and dieting. It also involves doing whatever the therapist tells me to do. Yeah. I have to start seeing a therapist now. So I'm going to try to keep myself as busy as possible. It's hard though when all you want to do is sleep but I'm going to force myself. Here's to tomorrow.

It's been going pretty good so far. Treadmill and leg lifts for exercise everyday. Doing a little better at eating more than once a day. Still forcing myself to do all this but hopefully things will pick up soon. Budgeting is going good especially since I don't have any money. Haha. I have this little application on my phone called my health coach. It's a little stick figure girl that encourages me. She's so cute. I love the sounds she makes when she's "talking". It's like little squeaks and such. I have to put in everything I eat and my exercise and I have to take so many steps a day and do daily challenges. Anything I can do to keep me going is good I guess. I just have to get with the house cleaning. Here's to tomorrow.

Having a slip this month. All I want to do is sleep and I'm sad to say that I've been giving in to it. I am doing what my doctor says though. I'm going on lithium. I'm a little scared but I agree that I have to get more aggressive with treatment. Hopefully this will bring me up a little so that my motivation will kick in. Here's to tomorrow.

I decided that I need a little more help with my weight loss. I joined Weight Watchers. We'll see if they can help me. I'll be going to meetings and such. I'm getting serious about this now. I want to lose 100 pounds. My budget is suffering too, but I plan on getting back with that. I'm taking my medications like I should though which means that I'm doing much better so hopefully I will have the motivation to do everything I want to do. I think I can do it. I know I can do it. Here's to tomorrow!

June 3rd. So far so good for this month. I used the treadmill for an hour today and followed my diet. I even did some house cleaning. Woo Hoo! Feeling great too. I cooked my boyfriend breakfast, lunch and dinner and I plan on doing that every day. I feel so feminine! Like a regular Martha Stewart. Haha. I still need to cut back on smoking cigars but I'll just focus on one thing at a time. Baby steps and all that. Here's to tomorrow.

Day 3. I've got a streak going. Yipppeeee! I know it's only a 3 day streak but I'm still excited about it. Everyday I have cleaned, used the treadmill for an hour (at 3 miles per hour), cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner, stuck to my diet, and avoided spending. I feel like I am accomplishing so much. I hope I can keep up this momentum. Here's to tomorrow!
