It's been a good week.
Last month they increased my medication and I think it's starting to make a difference in my mood. After almost two and a half years of experimentation I think we might have found something that works.
And this morning I received a phone call to make an appointment for a course of "guided self-help cognitive behavioural therapy". I have my first session next week.
It feels like I might've turned a corner. Fingers crossed!
