Default Crying

My baby is 4 months old and cries a lot in the car. Recently he's discovered just how loud he can scream, it's ear piercing, brain freezing. Just awful. Today he was screaming so loud, he was tired & wanted his bed (hates his carseat) or wanted to be held, but I can't do that while the car is in motion. I was getting so frustrated, I started to cry. I wanted to cry so hard. I couldn't take it anymore but couldn't do anything about it, I couldn't even think straight. And it scared me.
