Default weight loss thread

Hey all,
I thought it was a great idea to start a thread for weight loss so here it is. I am going to post what good and bad stuff i eat and exercise hopefully daily and willtrack my weight loss. Anyonewho wants to join me is more then welcome and hopefully we can keep each other going. So last tuesday at work i weighed myself and i was 84kg. I will weigh in again tmrw at work. This morning i have had 2 cups of tea and 2 pieces of toast and vegemite. I did a few mins on my leg magic and have been doing housework all morning so i think that counts lol.

I'll join you in this thread. My diet and exercise routine lately has been shocking. I could use some motivation. I've spent the last 3 years on a strict diet and exercise routine (I'm a bodybuilder). I just had a week break - it felt so good! I was too lazy to do my workout today but I'll do it tomorrow, I promise. I wish you luck on your diet and exercise, mssunshine

Please don't tell me the cheeseburger was the only thing you ate all day. Keep in mind, most people can eat up to 2000 calories a day and still lose weight. Also, if your main goal is weight loss, you probably shouldn't miss breakfast. When you do your body releases a stress hormone called cortisol which can make you retain fat. Recent studies also indicate that people who miss breakfast also tend to snack more throughout the day and crave sugar foods. An added bonus of breakfast also is a constant blood sugar which will help with energy and mood.

i know i should but its hard cos i leave for work at 6am but have to take bub to daycare and get the others up and ready for school too and i just run out of time. However today i had toast for breakfast and a low fat muffin for lunch and i made chicken kebabs and corn on the cob for dinner so I had a reasonable day. As for excercise i didnt do much i danced with the kids a bit but thats about it. Im feeling a bit run down today.
