Default Right! Enough of the f**king junk food!

I've been SO! Lazy recently. I eat take aways atleast 3 times a week, sometimes more. I've put a huge amount of weight on, last time I checked I was 9.1/2 stone (I'm 5ft7). God knows what I am now!! I don't really wanna know tbh!

I've never in my life had a jelly belly, now I got one... I dont want it anymore!

Someone please help me!?! I will start/try eating healthy. But does anyone know any exercises I can do at home? I mean I did sit-ups but after 5 I got rib ache lol :(

HELP!!!!!!

your stats are similar to mine im a bit over 9 1/2 but im taller.
sit ups are useless, firstly, if your doing to it burn calories they burn very few, they only tone. Even then they arent too effective at toning.
If you want to tone your stomach Id recommend the plank look it up. Its the best for toning abs.
Do a bit of cardio to burn calories. Even if its just skipping in your room, thats a good one, you can watch something at the same time. warm up with jumping jacks, and use them for when your taking a break from working out cus they still keep your heart rate up, whatever you do dont just sit down if youve just been excersing, walk it off just leave it for a while.

It might be easier said than done.. but.. I got a jelly belly years ago, eating pizza like EVERY day and drinking lots of Alcohol.

If you know what's making you put on weight, cut it out of your life. You don't need to do vigorous exercises to get rid of the weight.. You just need to cut the crap from your diet and the fat should start to go away. It might take time, and if you really want to speed up the process, work out.. I don't think you need to do serious exercises though.. lol. It's the lazy way of getting skinny... Eat less. Occupy your time with other things.. Drink water.

I think if you want to do something to lose weight.. You should ride a bike.. It's relaxing and good for your mind and body. It's nice to bike at night..
