You may post in any format, but here is a sample one if you're unsure.

Fat %:
How quick you can run 1K:
Longest distance ran:
Heaviest weight bench pressed:
Most sit ups in a row:
Most push ups in a row:

This is mainly for fun or motivation not a workout guide, nor should you do all of these in a week depending on what you are aiming for physique wise.
Healing isn't an overnight process, but it can start this moment if you choose.

Half of those I can't work out. Though I can record most sit ups and push ups.
I'll get back to you in two or three weeks.

My exercises change each week, so I'll just say...
I've lost 29lbs since February.
Still a long road ahead, but I'm motivated.

Me still fat and I walk sometimes at 5am. Biggest sin: Blue vein cheese. Not motivated.
