Default Planning on changing

So there's a little under a month left until I finish school. I'm thinking that it's a good opportunity to start going for walks and spending more time outdoors in general, hopefully getting in shape for the first time in my life. Rather than panicking about the fact that I'm totally lost as to what to do next in life, I'm going to attempt to just focus on the here and now, and improve on that.

Anyone else hoping to get into shape this spring/summer?

Yeah tomorrow I am going to start working out at home and getting some exercise daily. I have a doctors appointment on thursday to discuss medication options for depression. I am hoping to join a gym in the next few weeks and start jogging and eating better. I need todo something to improve my situation and just feel better. Have to stop looking for a miracle and learn to help myself.Hopefully the meds start working too just to give me the boost I need.

Way out of shape largely due to intense school schedule, just started going back to exercising and just realizing how incredibly out of shape I am. Totally there with you on getting back into shape.

Good luck to you both. I'm also working on improving my eating habits.

I heard exercise can be a good way of combatting depression, I wonder if it'll help me. I'm doing better, but I'm not free of it yet.

Right now I'm 5'8" and at 135 lbs, I plan on reaching 120 lbs by fall, for a modeling/singing/action audition with a couple companies flying over here from Korea. My boyfriend used to model as a side job so it's a bit of pressure/incentive/whatever you'd like to call it in a sense there.

Ever since I dropped into this depressed phase exercising hasn't been the same for me though. The motivation to do it and exhilaration I used to get from it isn't there anymore. Bleh, somehow I'll manage it!
