Well my health is so-so I guess, I maybe slimish but I don't feel like Iam treating my body right.
Today I walked to the city and got bus home.I need more fitness stuff, I want to lose my chubby thighs and my cubby belly.I just don't know how or if I can.
I try eat some good things and some bad.the bad I want gone.I had a double chocolate cake to myself, I wish I didn't do that to my body.
I feel like I could do better but then I find it hard to find ways.
If I say to partner 'I think I have fat thighs, and belly' he doens't like it and tells me no.
But I feel like I should shape up get better get more fit.
PLus I want be in good form for my costumes.
Maybe Iam being stupid??
