Woohoo!....and an all female gym is a great place to start if the mixed gyms are daunting! (I had this exact problem and wouldn't go to the mixed gyms at all)

Good Luck with it all...your diet and exercise plan sounds spot on :) just remember to enjoy it and not let it become like a chore!...bring upbeat/inspirational music with you and spice up ur meals naturally when needed :D

wow, zoe! youre doing great! congrats! i'm still way too intimidated to go to a gym... youre an inspiration--i'm still struggling with cutting out desserts and bad food :(

Aww thank u Hippo its very hard for me since i used to used food for comfort.

The gym was also hard to join but i have support people who joined with me so i don`t go alone

So I weighed in at the beginning of the 6 weeks of no fast food and again tonight I am down 17 pounds :O) So happy.

Again at the gym today 45 Minute Work out on the tread mill and bike

I forgot to add this so I don't forget I've been drinking 1 liter of water a day for the past week now :O) and its really helping too
