So as of today

Will be 5 weeks no fast food or fried food :O)

Down 10 pounds :O)

Goal to Loose 125 Pounds.. :O)

Next Week I start a Thing at the gym where I keep going for 2-3 times a week

Me too, well not achieved such a lot over a long time, but I am stopping all fast food and doing the gym every other day. It feels ok. But, I would rather watch TV under my duvet....

Did a 30 Min Cardio Workout today :O)
