Default Medications & weight loss??

I'm really unsure if this is the right place to be posting this...What medications out there help someone lose weight/fat? Are there any specific brands that have worked for people before? Any that haven't worked, or that I should stay away from? I've been kind of looking around, but I'm not really sure which ones to trust and I'm not about to go testing each of them...
Replies appreciated!!

well, im not an advocate for weight loss pills, but i know that https://www.slimshots.com/howitworks.asp

"slim shots" are naturals appetite suppressants. i tried them and they worked ok for me. everyone its different though. if u think u have a weigh problemd that compromises ur health, doctors can prescibe specific medications for weight loss. i was once on them and they did helped to curve my appetite, but increased my anxiety a lot so i had to stop them.

i hope it helps.. ^_^

hippo, orlistat/xenical is a drug that stops fat from being absorbed in the gut. WITH dieting it helps people lose weight, but it also increases flatulance (farting), makes your poos "mucosy" and may result in some incontinence. But it is a very successful weight loss drug (for it to be effective, you have to be on a diet as well though).

Otherwise, some antidepressants are appetite suppressors. Cymbalta is the first one that comes to mind (its an SNRI). This may be a good way of killing two birds with one stone if you know what I mean. The only two anti-depressants I know that increase appetite are mirtazapine and olanzapine, so if you are unlucky enough to take one of these two, maybe speak to your doc about changing.

Good luck!
