Update... I am still folowing the Slim Fast diet.. I am very aware of my caloric intake nowadays. I have not yet seen any changes in weight, how my clothes fit or anything.. But my mood and energy level has drastically changed. I am amazed that I feel better by changing my way of eating when I never thought I ate bad to begin with. i have not had any starches or heavy carbed food in a week. I think it made a huge difference. As for the weight loss... my husband says that I dont have weight to lose so it wont show! I do think I have weight to lose..now Im starting to wonder if the weight issues are all in my head like he says.... The thing is according to the charts I am way overweight! I need to lose 30 lbs!... Anyways, like he said, if all that comes out of this is energy and a new attitude.. so be it! :)
PS: The shakes are friggin good! I use the strawberry one and add 1/2 cup of frozen raspeberries and a whole banana to it..YUmmo!!
