I never exercise, I smoke far too much, I don't drink nearly as much as I did but it's still too much and my eating habits are pretty fucked. I just went for a bike ride and I could barely go 10 minutes before I stopped.
But you know what? It doesn't bother me. Quite the opposite, it INSPIRES me. My dad is lending me his exercise bike indefinitely so I can put it in my room, I'm gonna train up for some bike rides, I've been a member of the gym for a over a year but I haven't been in months (no motivation) but suddenly the motivation is there, not least since I'm pissing £30 up the wall every month. I'm gonna get fit and healthy, I'm gonna exercise regularly, I'm gonna eat healthily, I'm gonna cut down the substances. I really think that once I get the motivation to start exercising regularly again it'll do wonders for my depression, especially if I start getting therapy too.
Feeling pretty damn positive right now
