Well, it's not really a need, more of a want. I don't need to lose weight, but being 21 and 200 lbs is not ok with me.
I'd work out at the gym with my boyfriend but we hardly get a chance to go over there.
I'm going to start telling myself to go walk two or three miles every day (in addition to eating better) but it is VERY cold here in northern Idaho so when I went out today for my first walk, I was freezing and the walk didn't warm me up at all.
I might try exercising at home, but I've never been good at that, the last one to pass the one mile track run in P.E. class in high school type of thing.
Would just doing push ups and sit ups in the little corner a few times each day or something help? (Assuming that after a few days I can actually do a /real/ push up.)
