i'm in pretty much the same situation as you, LH. and though i haven't fixed myself or found the perfect answer, i think it's easiest to exercise/etc. with somebody. running partners, exercise buddies, whatever-- someone to share the burden, and possibly make exercising fun! (i've got to do this myself, i'm so lazyy)
