nah it shoudn`t make ya sick, maybe your intolerant to something new in ya diet, you may have less energy as you`ll be getting more complex carbohydrates to burn, but your body should get used to that in no time.

If you're not used to eating greasy food, it can make your stomach upset.
Don't forget to NOT workout right after your meals. You might puke since you use up a lot of energy digesting your food, and your body doesn't like to digest and workout at the same time.

If you're not used to working out and train a little too hard, you can feel sick and your muscles hurt like hell. It's easy to be overly ambitious in the beginning of your training.

I know this is getting a bit off topic, but that's 100% true.
If you try to do too much it will feel like too much, and you'll say,... screw it.
The most important thing in any exercise program is this:
BEGINNING!
Let's face it... if you get on a machine, or go to the gym, or just start walking outside, you KNOW you're going to do it for at least 15 minutes and that's fine! You don't have to be superman. If you get tired, and feel like quitting early, that's fine too! Goals are good, but the HABIT of working out is better!
