I know this is getting a bit off topic, but that's 100% true.
If you try to do too much it will feel like too much, and you'll say,... screw it.
The most important thing in any exercise program is this:
Let's face it... if you get on a machine, or go to the gym, or just start walking outside, you KNOW you're going to do it for at least 15 minutes and that's fine! You don't have to be superman. If you get tired, and feel like quitting early, that's fine too! Goals are good, but the HABIT
of working out is better!
