Nah I don't drink enough water. Well I used to drink a LOT of juice. I have a friend who loves water and says its like energy and calls it essence, and...lol I like the way she describes it, but for me drinking water was like bleh tasteless. And adding flavours to it like they do today seems ridiculous because then you have watered down juice...I just want juice thats all.
Well then we had to cut down on spending so not much juice drinking going around, so I ended up being forced to drink water all the time. Here they have a bubbler which was new to me because where I grew up we didn't have one, so here it was fresh, and once you get used to that and go back to faucet water it's like 'blink' woah...but it's a luxuary I could live without...instant hot tea though...(the water however cools down really fast when it's instant hot water).
Anyway so long story short, (or long story long), I ended up drinking water a lot cause I was thirsty. Also I find when I excersice a lot or road up a hill, I don't want anything but cold water (always have). Hot day cold tea, spicy food, riding a bike up a HUGE hill...cup of water. Average Day...hot tea lol okay back to the water.
Anyway well so I was drinking water a bit more often just as often as I drank juice...just not as much. But still on a daily basis. Anyway recently there was some homemade tea WITH water in it lol, drunk that all fairly quick, and now I have some lemonade stuff that ya mix, but I drink that slowly. Now I'm kinda 'weaned' on water, drink it when I have to, or when it's the only plausible option, and...
Nah I don't drink juice/water/tea as much as I used to period lol. I've learned to cut down.
