Default Diet buddy?

I feel like I need some more motivation and was wondering what the best way to get a diet buddy is? For me it's like planning on working out with someone, and because I've planned it I don't get distracted. I find I'm doing that way to often in my diet. I'm guessing that to do it online have to post what I ate and weight every so often or something? Seems hard to find someone in person honestly.

This sounds like a great idea! I am not really on a diet, but I think the diet buddy thing is a neat idea. Go, you!

oh yes this sounds awesome. We could email a few times a week ( if not daily) and motivate each other.Say what good and bad things we did diet wise lol and shareour weight weekly. I really need motivation

Thanks!! yea I definitely need one I just ate a whole large fully loaded pizza by myself, haha. I could use some extra help.

You could always start an online log thread that records what you do and your progress, so everyone can comment and encourage you. Also, don't stress about eating the large fully loaded pizza, a cheat meal when dieting is actually really healthy. It raises the metabolism and reduces cortisol and can increase glycogen levels.
