Default Diet.

So,I'm on a new diet.
And I feel really confident about it. Its the best I've ever been on a diet. I've been soo strict with my food, and Ive only been eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I sorta stuffed it up today by having 4 low-fat brownies. But next week, being the last week of the school holidays, I'm gona be really, really strict!
And Ive also been excersising heaps- I can sorta see a difference in my legs.

Just thougt I'd share :)

Congrats Cheech...Sounds like your off to a good start.

A word of warning though...At first you'll loose a lot of weight...then the weight will come of slower, then you might go a week or more with NO WEIGHT LOSS.
Don't get discouraged...as you exercise you build muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat. Judge your progress by how you look and what your measurements are...not only by what the scale tells you.
