Hi Blue,

I would love to slow down and I do when I can, but for the most part its the kind of environment where it's fast paced and jobs are coming in from all different directions. Everyday is a race to make it in time. You have to learn things fast to survive...basically sink or swim.

What bothers me more is my social anxiety, when I'm trying to answer the phone my nerves go haywire and since I work in a team environment and don't even have a desk of my own, it basically feels that everybody can witness my humiliation. I'm constantly getting tongue tied and it's starting to drag me down a bit. Once you lose your social skills, you're screwed.

Oh well...that can't kill me right.

The good news is that I've started painting again....after two years. I stopped when my anxiety and depression robbed me of the motivation and also the belief that I had any artistic talent to do it. It seems pretty stupid of course since I have oil paintings of mine around the unit, so the proof is right in front of my eyes all the time. Yet I was frickn' scared when I started, I was so anxious that I wouldn't be able to do it and I do so love art. So in that regard I absolutely stoked!!!!

Take care ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))) ))))))))))))))))))

Hi,

I'm had another day from hell, it's such a hectic environment and I've found myself again catching the bus and only then realising that I possibly made another huge mistake. A envelope I book to have picked up by a courier tomorrow morning may have been accidently put into the normal post. If I did accidently mail it, it would of been put in an express envelope but I will surely get in trouble for it. I am so tired of being worried and stressing non stop. Today I felt faintish and weak like I was going to pass out and I know it's because of stress overload. I also got told off today for not calling someone straight away to finnish a completed job. It's hard when your just learning and there seems to be a thousand things to do.

I'm starting to wonder if this will be my life then? The constant worry and endless fear. I'm so tired.....

The thing that really gets to me is that I don't even love the job and yet I'm letting the pressure already kill me.

I'm glad I have my painting again, I look at it all the time in my room and all I can think is...."why can't I just stay at home and paint?"

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))) ))))))))))))))))))))
