TearAway~Hope you don't mind my thoughts on your posting.
With the aspect of trying to cope with things to start. Have you considered starting a journal by chance? While it's just a thought/suggestion, it does give you
an "outlet to cope" with things within your own life, kind of like this site does for so many. I even know, that you're able to start one here (if you feel inclined to do so) & there's a section for it. Maybe it's what's needed, so you're able to express yourself, be honest with your thoughts/feelings/emotions, & also be able to "seek or find" a different direction in how to cope with things within your own life.
Now for some serious advice here & hope you don't mind.
As I'm sure you're perfectly aware of, not "feeding" the body correct can cause other problems. I will be honest here, with you, in saying that I've done damage to my own body by not taking "care of business" when I was younger. Now, being much older, I'm suffering, seriously
(not going into things on your thread here), from lack of being good with my own body. I realize that things aren't always easy to handle & we tend to lose our "drive" to keep ourselves in "tact" when we aren't feeling the best within our lives. However, please
take this advice & start trying to eat smaller meals more often. First of all, you'll be not only helping yourself, but of course your body as well. Our bodies are only able to tolerate or endure so much, without the proper nutrition that it needs.
If you're having problems coping during the day & are able too, come on here & post. There's so many kind/wonderful people & sometimes just knowing you're not alone, makes things a bit more "easier" to deal with during a difficult/trying day. Just something to consider & just know we're always here.
