If you go on an extreme diet and hit the gym like a manic, you won't stick with it. You know this, I know this. But if you just make little changes... who knows what can happen? Try replacing one of your meals with something healthy, like a salad, or make one of your snacks some fruit. Eat whatever you like the rest of the time, but make sure that at least once a day you eat something healthy instead of eating shit. Walk places instead of driving. Wholemeal bread, pasta and rice instead of white. Just make little changes, you'd be surprised at the difference they can make.
