The trick is, and this has helped many people I know, is to eat whatever you want but eat slowly. Have a mouthfull of food, put cutlery (or food) down and chew untill there is none left in your mouth, then continue until you feel even the slightest bit full up. The slower you eat, the less you'll consume. So you can enjoy normal foods, no exercise and lose weight. Trust me, this has worked for my friends and it's much heathier than skipping meals.
