Default one day or two....

I always crash at least one day a month. I say 'i need to stop eating.' I'm overweight but i dont consider myself as obese. Everyday i only eat supper. No breakfast. Maybe a granola bar at lunch. I don't eat a lot at supper, but i cant seem to get the weight off. I don't eat for a day or two and i think my parents notice. They always bring me out two eat on my second day. I will never resort to bulemia. I don't think that's for me. I've only puked about 4 times in my life and i dont want to make that any more if i can help it. So they bring me, i eat, crash is over. Then i do it the next month. I just want to stop eating all together. But i just cant.

What you are doing is not a healthy way to lose weight. Eating a small breakfast is actually better for you than skipping it. Not eating at all sends your body into a panic, so it grabs onto everything that you put into your body. Do you try to exercise at all? That is usually one of the best ways to lose weight and to keep it off. I know that it is hard because I do the same type of thing. When you stop eating all together, all you end up liosing is water weight....such an endless cycle. I hope that you reach your goal. And it's great that you won't resort to bulemia, it brings on a whole new set of problems.

The trick is, and this has helped many people I know, is to eat whatever you want but eat slowly. Have a mouthfull of food, put cutlery (or food) down and chew untill there is none left in your mouth, then continue until you feel even the slightest bit full up. The slower you eat, the less you'll consume. So you can enjoy normal foods, no exercise and lose weight. Trust me, this has worked for my friends and it's much heathier than skipping meals.
