Default not eating at school

when im at school, i either barely eat, or i just dont eat. its gotten to b a habit from last year. now im skimming down on how much i eat at home.

suicidal_girl - Is there something going on that you don't want to eat dear? My daughter does that when she thinks she's too fat, that's why I'm inquiring. You know that it's not very healthy to do that dear, you need to keep your body/mind fueled. You know that we're all here for you....

You know that they're so many other ways to eat healthy & lose weight at the same time. If you want, I'll be more than happy to give you some better suggestions? I just don't want to see you hurting like this...

Hey, that's what we do here, look out/care for each other dear. Ok, there's a few things that you can try. First off, try to eat smaller meals more frequently through out the day. It boost your metabalizem(sp) & help with burning more weight. Exercise is a must, even if it's a brisk walk for 20 mins. You need to burn the fat. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so keep that thought in mind. If you step on the scale & it shows you weigh more, that would be why.

Eating very late at night isn't good for your metabaliz(sp) because your bodies going to store it, not burn it when you're sleeping. Try also to eat more fruits also. They contain more water & help lose weight, as well as drinking a lot of water. It flushes out they body. You need to keep away from soda, or any caffinee products, so times wheat also. Make sure that you eat more fish, chicken, & turkey products as they help as well. That's about it for now, will have more later.

Remember, start out slowly & don't expect it to happen overnight, you have to be realistic with goals & go slowly.

When at school, eat something that looks healthy or pack your own lunch. Schools have gotten to be so "fast food" to me, there's really hardly anything healty truly left, but that's my opinion.

Have some milk that will help to make your stomach "feel" as though it's full. I truly suggest bagging your own lunches, esp., if they don't have anything healty to eat dear..

i cant drink regular milk like the milk at school. im lactose-n-tolerant. but they have water and powerades and flavored-water...but ill try packing my own lunch. that might just work.

There's always something, some other options. Sorry, I didn't know your lactose-n-tolerant. :oops: Packing your own lunch is better; then you're controlling everything, not your eyes controling the stomach! Please, let me know how it goes!
