Hey, that's what we do here, look out/care for each other dear. Ok, there's a few things that you can try. First off, try to eat smaller meals more frequently through out the day. It boost your metabalizem(sp) & help with burning more weight. Exercise is a must, even if it's a brisk walk for 20 mins. You need to burn the fat. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so keep that thought in mind. If you step on the scale & it shows you weigh more, that would be why.
Eating very late at night isn't good for your metabaliz(sp) because your bodies going to store it, not burn it when you're sleeping. Try also to eat more fruits also. They contain more water & help lose weight, as well as drinking a lot of water. It flushes out they body. You need to keep away from soda, or any caffinee products, so times wheat also. Make sure that you eat more fish, chicken, & turkey products as they help as well. That's about it for now, will have more later.
Remember, start out slowly & don't expect it to happen overnight, you have to be realistic with goals & go slowly.
