I am Girl Unknown trying to find myself and who I am, I've felt alone, I've felt broken and all the other feelings. I am starting to get the feeling of happiness back but to some Poole I'm a stick in the mud no one would help save but then theirs others and they would fight tooth and nail to save me. Meh. I don't know if its 'normal' but what is ? I only ever eat one meal a day. but that might have something to do with not getting up till 3pm. But yeah lots of people don't eat a full 3 meals a day. I snack quite a bit. do you ? It's probably because you eat at varied times if you want to start eating a certain amount each day stick to a schedule? Sorry if I'm no help.

Hi Girl Unknown :) Do you not eat after breakfast all day because you feel full? Or because you're busy and forget to eat? I would say to bring it up with your doctor. Not eating all day would make me feel lightheaded (low blood sugar) - do you get that if you don't eat?

It's true what Theclashed said - lots of people don't eat 3 meals a day. But it couldn't hurt to let your doc know about it. Might be a reason for it.

Hunger doesn't always follow a "logical" pattern- sometimes I can feel quite hungry when I've eaten a lot, sometimes not so hungry even though I've not eaten much.

Maybe for a week, set yourself a set pattern, plan basic meals at set times, and see how that goes.
