Default my new weight loss plan

ive had problems with my weight mentally forever. ive decided that i lost my baby because of my body so im losing weight. i was 135lb im about 130lb now. all ive eaten since the baby and after a chocolate binge as been a few torilla chips a day with a pickled jalepano on top. i dont eat at home. in my point of veiw im clensing my body and so far its working

I know I'm new so my words won't take much weight..

Take an alternative diet. Those are just not enough to supply the vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. Get more greens and meat in there. The main purpose of a diet isn't excessive loss of weight, it's to lose it in a healthy way.

a Vegan diet might be just what you need. Starving yourself will slow your metabolism down and you will burn muscle instead of fat, which will actually make you more unhealthy and make it harder for your stomach to process any food, as it will be in starvation mode....you will need to eat a lot to be able to maintain a baby's needs, make sure you consider alternative diets....you can still eats heaps on a vegan diet and there's cakes and biscuits you can make that taste great!...take care of yourself xoxox
