Default Losing weight.

Hola, I'm a bit overweight and I'd like to change that. I don't really care about being healthy or losing it the good way, any method pretty much is a-okay with me. Except bulimic type behaviour. I don't really have the energy to exercise either...but I don't want to gain muscle, I just want to be bit thinner. Because A) That's the way world wants you to be, thin. B) Maby it'd raise my confidence little bit. C) I'd be more comfortable around the stick figures that seem to surround me.

Problems are that I don't really know the best methods or diets that work. Oh and also I think eating is one of the few pleasures in life...but fuck it. I wanna be thin just to see how it is. I think it'd be better. My first plan was to just starve myself, but I hear that's not very efficient in the end. What would work? Just eat veggies and drink water?

Bleh, realized I posted this on the wrong place. Why can't I edit my own posts? Crummy design.

I eat my main meal at lunchtime and not very much in the evening now...that helps....also....I have an app on my ippd called "tap and track" which means I have been logging every single thing I eat and it gives me a percentage of how many calories I have left etc....you add excercise then get more calories....you dont have to have an ipod...just keeping a food diary really makes you think about what your stuffing in your face (foodwise).............!
Ive lost 40lbs...so anyone who says my method doesnt work can meet me behind the bike sheds for a fight

p.s Good luck...and the feeling you get when you drop a lb is amazing and a real motivator....!

quantity I find is most important factor, type of food is secondary, just from my experience. Find out what recommended minimum caloric intake is per day and split evenly across 3 meals. Do not exceed that number. If you don't want to feel like absolute shit choose healthy foods. To help satiate yourself drink a lot of water. Main thing is to check caloric intake. If that information not available can check online somewhere. I find that even when I eat a bunch of healthy food I don't loose weight.

I can't handle maths and dieting. That's like combining the two worst things in the world. But yeah, I'll just eat less and ride the bike instead of taking the bus. Genetically think I'm in pretty good shape, none of my family are fatties, so maby it'll work just doing that.

Eat veggies, fruit, legumes, wholemeal, fortified cereals, pulses, green leaf vegetables, a bit of marmite for B12, drink soy milk. Take supplements if you're worried about the vitamin deficiency. Don't eat junk food, overcooked food, things with additives, and so on. Drink a lot of water, I'm talking about 2.5l a day. Take exercise - no weight loss without movement. And sleep well.

But the main thing is motivation of course. Good luck.

This is pretty much what you have to do.

Losing weight is as easy as energy in vs energy out (burning off more calories than consumed). Eating 500 calories under your "maintenance" level is ideal for weight loss. Use an online maintenance calculator to determine yours. Also, try to avoid too many insulin spikes throughout the day (high in sugar foods). Drink heaps of water, too.

OKAY LISTEN: this will make you lose some serious weight

As you said you dont care about doing it the good way I recommend using Ephedrine which is what i used to lose weight.
It basically gives you loads of energy and makes you lose your apetite. If you take it that right way theres no harm. I was stupid and I took way too much, be sensible. I lost my apetite for 4 days. It really does make you lose your apetite and it great having all that energy.
Im not sure if your allowed to post links here or id show you places to get it.
Its not expensive at all. and ill tell you how to take it properly.

And move a little more.

I have lost 35lbs in the last year or so just by changing little things about my diet and making a routine of getting out of the house a lot more and walking. Swimming has helped me lately too.

Imagine that the changes that you are going to make will last for the rest of your life, so don't do anything drastic like give up chocolate forever or something like that!
Do something that makes you a little out of breath every day, start out doing it for 15 minutes or so and then build it up. Take your time, even if you are not losing weight straight away it will be good for your physical and mental health.
And make sure the activity is something that fits into your life easily otherwise you won't be bothered and you will be pushing against your own nature and it always wins!

Oh and another thing is I never keep food that I have issues with in the house, like chocolate, I know I will eat far too much, so I only ever buy chocolate when I really feel like it (once or twice a week say).

That is how I have lost the weight anyways, it's always good experiment for yourself though.
