Default I'm not eating a lot anymore

I used to be a compulsive eater, sort of a binge eater. Things have become so bad now that I finally can halt my desire to get food, and endure hunger. I finally have control. That's good, because I want to lose a lot of weight. I want to be very wiry, I want to see every muscle on my body. I really do think that once I achieve this I will be a lot happier.

You won't be happy, trust me.
In my experience it never stops, it never get's good enough.
"Oh, maybe if I loose ten lbs more, then maybe then I'll be a bit happier"
Guess what? Won't happen.
Sorry, if you think I'm being unnecissarely harsh on you, but it's the truth.
Loose weight in a healthy manner, not eating won't solve anything - especially not your mood (your body and mind needs nutrients to function properly).
Take care.

I agree exactly with butterfly.
If you are already very depressed, starving yourself will make you feel MUCH WORSE.
Let me guess - you are probably thinking that if you are skinny, you will be happy no matter how physically shitty you feel. Let me tell you it is NOT GOING to be that way. It's very dangerous. The cycle she's describing is exact. I thought I would be happy 30 pounds more than I am right now and I'm still not happy.
My hip bones are jutting out and my collar bone is showing and I'm still not happy.
It won't make you happy.
You'll feel a lot better and healthier if you try to eat good foods for your body. Feed your body right! Lots of fruits and vegetables. Lean meats for proteins and whole wheats. Exercise will help you burn calories, boost your metabolism, and help keep you healthy.
Exercise is also listed as a natural cure for depression, as it raises your endorphins.
Sick of hearing that? I was too. But it truely is the only way to keep your weight off. A lifestyle change. And feeding your body good things will help you feel your best. Even if you're too sad to eat, try. It may make you feel better!

I really really with you the best and give you all of my hope for feeling better. If you ever want to talk or have any questions talk to me. You'd be surprised how big of an impact nutrition has on your mood.

Go out to a clothes shop with a friend, or get the shop assistant to help you. Find something that suits the shape you are RIGHT NOW. Ask for advice and people will tell you how great you look when you find the right thing. Then buy it, and go out in it. Pay attention if people pay you compliments!

I used to have eating problems but now feel it doesn't matter what size I am, because good quality clothes can make anybody look good as long as they are cut the right shape for you.
