I've lost almost 10 lbs over the last four months or so--I'm 5'2" and weigh about 107 lbs. That's healthy for my height, and I look great, but I can tell that my clothes don't fit as well anymore, especially my pants. Sometimes when I get dressed, I just feel like I'm wasting away. I don't work out (trying to start weights and pilates very slowly), and I try to eat healthy but ultimately I fail.
I love cooking and eating healthy meals, but lately I just don't have the energy for it. I make sure that I buy vegetables and have them around to eat, but often the night just slides by and I don't manage to cook anything. Sometimes I'm hungry, sometimes I'm not. I just wish I could stop this pattern! I know if I ate more I'd have more energy. Vicious cycle.
