Please make sure you eat enough, my friend had a really big issue with malnutrition a bit over a year ago and she really struggled to recover from it. It meant a lot of time in the hospital, loss of her job (or school in your case), a lot of comorbid health problems and when she finally got out of it, a lot of weight gain afterwards from being in famine-like conditions for so long. I wouldn't want you to go through that too.

I might be wrong but I don't think anorexics are aware that they're anorexic...

This is something to take very seriously and watch carefully. If you feel you are in any risk of becoming anorexic, please seek medical help. It's a horrible disease and there is no shame in suffering from it, or seeking help for it. We all want you to be healthy.

I get like this sometimes but try to direct it into an obsession about eating healthy. Research good foods, how to cook more healthy, etc. That can be fun and your just as much in control. New recipes, new shopping stuff. Like cooking with coconut oil instead of butter. Work on it being balanced meals. so much grain, dairy, protein etc. Instead of putting nothing in put the right stuff in.

be careful though, I ate myself into nutritional deficiencies by accident. I kept trying to be healthy, super healthy. and I felt really good for a while, then everything fell apart. Nerve damage, I was pale ( natural tan usually, but one year I just didn't tan at all, and I was hiking all over the desert!). Hair was thin and icky. Deficiencies were bad. Had to take injections for one, and prescription strength vitamins for the others. That was the beginning. When the vitamins kicked in, the pain started. Supposedly it was the nerves waking back up? So, now the tan is back. I gave myself a buzz cut to get rid of the icky hair, the new hair grew in nice, thick and soft. I am careful still with food, and make from scratch everything. But I make sure I add a little of everything, maybe not perfect everyday, but I am trying to not freak out so much about food. It's less painful to eat well than take the vitamins. Which I stopped just maybe a few months back. I am still recovering and hopefully will begin to hike again.
