you need food hun 2 keep your strength up. even if you dont feel hungry. not eating seems a gr8 way 2 lose weight but as soon as you start eating again the weight goes straight back on. its best to eat healthily and keep fit at same time.
have u told anybody that you are struggling with this at the moment?
