Hope you don't mind me answering on your thread being a newbe?
I have had problems with my weight. I found that the eating was linked to my state of mind.
I could go days without eating anything; then i would eat so much i would throw up.
My weight got to 26 stone 165kg.
I was able to control my eating through meditation. It was tough at first but i found that
as time went by my eating patterns began to stable a bit. i am now 20 stone 127kg and my weight is dropping. I would suggest meditation. There are loads of different types.
