So i discovered today that I am 192.5 pounds and on the verge of becoming skinny fat, if I'm not already. This is concerning for me as i have always been skinny, and I am now worried about all of the health problems associated with being fat. Now, I wish I could change my diet, but I can't since I am a super-taster and can't stand the tastes of healthy foods, so my only hope is to offset it by getting more exercise. It's just frustrating because I wish I could eat healthier, but because of my taste buds, I can't.
