To sum it up I eat way too much, and it just feels so natural it's scary.
Any ideas on how to punch these reasons in the face, so I get back to normal? I have a feeling it's emotional reasoning, but it is hard to understand why?
Try the Fitnesspal website, it's free. Keeps you calorie counting. Smaller portions, eat more vegetables, eat breakfast too, I'm not kidding this has helped me out lots too. Keep yourself busy like going to the gym or for walks. I had this one lady I use to work with she stopped eatting at 5 pm everyday. I wish I had that self control! She was in her 50's and looked so good. I wish I could be like her. She would go home and have supper and that was it, nothing else for the night. Do you know how much snacking I do? Just some ideas.
