Do you believe you have an eating disorder? It could be your anxiety is causing you stomach problems, or you have acid reflux disease which means a change in diet. But just eating a cracker each day sounds like Anorexia. I'd go to another doctor. How much weight have you lost over the year? were you ever at 120 lbs? A cracker a day is not enough to live on and keep your body functioning. Something is very wrong and you need medical intervention NOW. Tell that dr. you are only eating a cracker a day and tell him/her how long you've been doing it. Then, see if he/she has the same reaction. I'm worried about you. How tall are you? Perhaps if you are short, no one is noticing you aren't eating enough. Certainly not anything nutritious. Do you know that poor nutrition also contributes to depression?

im 5'2" and ive never weighed over 100 but.. i used to be 98 lbs and i came down to 94lbs and finally i gained 2 more lbs.. im trying to gain a little more weight its just really hard.. and i do think that my eating habits contribute to my depression bcuz i lose so much energy from the way i eat..

Yeah, that totally makes sense then. It becomes a vicious circle.
tell me, when you look into the mirror, do you see a girl that needs to lose weight or do you see someone scarily thin and undernourished?

Try setting a goal for yourself. Try eating atleast one healthy meal a day, something you really like. Do this for a while, and then increase it. Try and stay away from the sugars and carbs. They only make you sleepy in the long run, thereby draining all your energy. On this first "real" meal, go all out. If its steak you want, opt for a steak and a side salad. This will be a great step for you. I'll be ruting for you!
