My arch nemesis. My triggers.
Over the last few months, I have developed problems with binge eating, and extreme dieting. As soon as I'm around cereal, muesli or cookies, I just can't control myself.
As I write this, I am currently feeling sick from bingeing on high fibre cereal. When a binge starts, I just can't control it. I eat until I feel sick. I so badly want to balance it out, by making myself throw up. But I'm too afraid.
My bingeing started off as infrequent, but it's becoming more and more frequent. Like, every few days...
Does anyone else struggle with triggers? If so, how do you control yourself?
