Default Binge triggers

My arch nemesis. My triggers.
Over the last few months, I have developed problems with binge eating, and extreme dieting. As soon as I'm around cereal, muesli or cookies, I just can't control myself.

As I write this, I am currently feeling sick from bingeing on high fibre cereal. When a binge starts, I just can't control it. I eat until I feel sick. I so badly want to balance it out, by making myself throw up. But I'm too afraid.

My bingeing started off as infrequent, but it's becoming more and more frequent. Like, every few days...

Does anyone else struggle with triggers? If so, how do you control yourself?

My trigger is when I feel guilty for eating something or when I have to go into public. Just the idea that I threw up and have less food in me, making my body weight lower, is enough to make me want to go throw up. I'm still struggling with bulimia, but for the most part I've gotten over it. All I can say is that at least you're eating something high in fiber, which is good for your digestive system and not something like a shit ton of tacos, but this is all a matter of figuring out why you're eating like this in the first place. I'm a chain smoker, and this helps a lot with the cravings, but I wouldn't suggest doing that. Really, I'm in no place to give you advice, just support. I hope you can make it through this, babe.
