Default Am I overwieght?

My father that is over 250 pounds keeps telling me that I'm O-Beast/overweight. I sometimes believe him. I am 5'4 and 152 pounds and i have strech marks on my belly and arms...I am just so confused, upset and always hate getting put down by my family about how much should I eat. When ever I'm eating dinner or just having a snack my father will take my plate and then tell me how to eat and how much I should eat.

Then if I try to tell him to leave me alone he just curses at me and just calls me fatty or chubby. :(

I didn't catch what your weight is. According to the medical community, most americans are obese. It's an uforgiving term. If your father is 250, uless he's 7 feet tall is probably obese too. I think it's cruel of him to talk to you this way and certainly wont help.

Better to think of yourself as a person, first, and whether or not you're happy with your weight, second.
