Default 5'5'' 140 pounds :(

During this summer, I would go weeks without eating, it was simple. I knew I would be with my boyfriend, and I couldn't be fat. My parents never keep a close eye on me during the summer so it wasn't hard to skip meals or to lie and say, "I'm not hungry." or "I already ate." But now that school started it's harder. Everyone notices when I don't eat at lunch. And the principal threatens to call my parents so I've started eating again. I went from 120 to 140 in two months. During the summer I went from 140 to 120 in a week or two. I just can't motivate myself not to eat when I'm hungry. And my friends think its because I think I'm fat bit I know im not that fat. It's more of an obsession with seeing my bones through my skin. I am just amazed when this happens and I love it. I love putting my hands on my waist and immediatly feeling my ribs. now I have to move around to find it. If anyone can give me some tips on how to keep myself from eating please write them, I need all the help I can get.

You don't need help being anorexic dear, you need help not being. Neither myself or any other member is going to give you tips on how to hurt yourself. Anorexia has severe psychological side effects, as well as physical. Some people who go long periods of time without eating get hair everywhere, but on their head. Just excercise like a normal human being and you won't have to worry about it. I say this with concern, not cruelty.

Well, See im 13. I am super afraid to ask my mom to help me lose weight. I am so afraid she will say, no youre not fat go to your room. Like she did when I told her I wanted a therapist. I am afraid to ask my parents things now. How am I suppose to excersize then?

You need to keep track of what you eat, consistently, and record it in a journal or on a website like sparkpeople or fitday.com. Then you need to find an exercise and do it consistently at least 3 times a week. Manage your calories and follow the exercise and the weight will drop off. The websites tell you what amount you should eat to lose weight and everything. Oh, and for exercise anything works. Go to school at 5AM and run on the track, jump rope while your parents are at work, walk to the park, etc.

Well I was 5'7" and 145, it took me 3 months to get down to 135, and 4 months to get to 125. I'm around 127 right now. I have a tough time losing weight after a point, but eat healthy and get some exercise and you will drop weight. The reason you gain weight so fast, is because when you stop eating your body goes into starvation mode, and if all of a sudden you start eating your weight shoots up.

I won't tell you how much you should or should not weight, but if you want to keep your weight constant you should manage your diet well and stay active. Starving is bad at any age, but at your age it's even worse. You need a well rounded diet. Your mind and body are still forming, you could end up doing irreversible damage to them!

Best way to get ridda' sugar or fat is to burn it.
Enough said d:

EDIT: Not literally, I mean like... Run everywhere? 'S what I do, although my genetics literally disallow weight gain unless it's in mass.

build muscle that will burn calories 24/7. But you have to feed muscle a good diet. 120 lbs is a little thin for your height. I am 5'5.5" and I look a little skelator at that weight. If I were you I would not try really hard to get lower than 130. More if that weight is muscle.

Well if you're concerned about looks, actually, I'm not sure if it's like this for every guy but to me, I like a bit of meat on girls :p

But yeah, Muscle's a good way to keep the materials burning.
