Unhappy Why can't I keep friends?

To me it seems all I do is just make people mad at me or hate me or upset with me. I just feel like such a horrible person. I try to make friends or keep friends but it doesn't matter. Like I thought I had best friends but they consider me a close friend or just a friend. I don't know, I guess I want someone who will feel sorry for me but yet everyone just tells me the truth or how like it is. I don't wanna hear that I want you to feel how I am feeling etc. I don't know anymore I am just a horrible person according to people.

You have to love yourself before you let other people love you. And you have to treat people the way you want to be treated. Be yourself. Don't try and force friendship, and don't try to manipulate them into treating you a certain way.

Don't say disparaging things about yourself or allow people to put themselves down. Sometimes, to avoid hearing criticism we beat people to the punchline by saying what we think they are thinking- which isn't always true but we can put it in their head by accident this way. To love yourself you must try to take care of yourself physically and mentally, as if you were a very good friend you wanted the best for- the way it ought to be but we are often discouraged by well meaning people who fear egotism. Being humble is about gratitude not debasement.

Most friendships like romantic relationships are temporary, fleeting, conditional, situational, and even random. Not matter how great it can be at one time at some point most likely things will change and end and so onto the next person or group.
