Not sure what age middle school is where you are, but yeah, school sucks in general. Try and get the best out of it you can, because it can determine your later life - so at least do well in what you enjoy and improve the parts you are less good at.
I'm a living proof of someone that did not do great in my studies, as I had enough of school when I was maybe 14 or so - I took three weeks off without telling anybody because of problems, and it just made things worse with my family. I can also show that despite that, a decent life can be made after failing half of the subjects through application in the work world (this is where from 16 I have worked hard and it pays off).
Who makes these jokes?
Pressure from others comes with growing up in this world, unfortunately. We need to learn to cope with it, but it doesn't have to be that way later on, so hang in there. Balance your school work with activities you enjoy so your mind is not tied to things that feel like a chore. Getting good rest is essential too - take this from an insomniac
You're not alone with feeling this way. Feel free to vent your feelings and share more here whenever you like - we'll listen and maybe share a few words too. The biggest advice they never told me / let me, was to live my life, not the life they wanted me to.
