End the sadness and the things that cause it, don't want it to end. There's a big world out their and your worth as much, as anybody else is!Your right, life can seem worthless, but your worth more, because you're in it and that's a great starting point to view a better life....

We have all seen things that we wish we had never seen, but what we see and what we get over just makes us stronger and helps us to realise that we will be better than that....
It may seem pointless now but there must be something that you can do to take your mind of this feeling... for instance, go out with mates, work, etc
