Found this fascinating. It's a good way to see a huge amount of research simplified into charts and summaries. Maybe I'll give some of the 'better rated' treatments a try, as I haven't tried all of them yet.

My problems are very good at hide and seek as well as cross country running.
I no longer try and run or hide from my problems.

Interesting read. It's given me some things to think about.

I've decided to give acetyl-l-carnitine a try. I've not had much luck with supplements and herbal remedies but it's worth a go.
