Thanks for sharing that. It is interesting. I've often found that I feel better in general and have more energy when I'm more active. I can't say that I've ever been one to exercise when seriously depressed. I usually only get physically active when I'm well into a recovery period, so I wouldn't really know first hand how it may or may not help.
I do get a bit annoyed when people who never really suffer from serious depression minimize it by saying that you just need to get more exercise or eat better or whatever it is they do to make themselves feel better when feeling down.
