Never Too Late is also a good one.

I also like listening to Streetlight Manifesto when I'm depressed. Not exactly because it's depressing, but because I love them, and they make me feel better about myself.

Cage - Suicidal Failure

Bayside - Blame It On Bad Luck
Bayside - Tortures Of The Damned

Saosin - Seven Years

Saetia - Venus and Bacchus

Glassjaw - Siberian Kiss

Many more, there's some absolutely perfect songs in that list though.

I'm a fan of metalcore and hardcore, but when I want to listen to depressing music I put on deathcore/death metal, such as The Acacia Strain, Arch Enemy, Switchblade, All Shall Perish and The Agony Scene.

I admit I was a fan of nu metal (linkin park, disturbed) for a long while but it just lacks intensity and feeling for me. The bands I listen to now I can actually go see at shows, and some I have even met. I regard nu metal as a stepping stone to heavier stuff - it's what I did. Look up some bands that are "off the beaten track" and you may be pleasantly surprised.

^.^
