Thanks for the recommendations, laura88! I am familiar with Linkin Park, Creed and Good Charlotte and unfortunately am looking for something much, much darker! I will check out the DMX track, though! Thanks a lot!

Find Depression songs, music, song titles and artists. Search Depression songs using the Mood Music Search Engine
Thanks for the help, Vimsen! Suicide is Painless is a great choice! Definitely depressing. I know the original and the Marilyn Manson versions, but will promptly check out Ania's interpretation. And thank you for the link. It is most helpful!

Pantera (The Great Southern Trendkill album especially is pretty dark)

Enjoy!
Thanks a bunch, Eraserhead! Godflesh is a band I don't know nearly well enough and I will check out these recommendations immediately! Also, that helped remind me I need to add Jesu to my list. Acid Bath is another one I forgot but is essential! Swans are another one I need to become aquainted with. Will get on that right away! Never heard of Jandek, but I'm going to look into it. I don't recall The Great Southern Trendkill being quite what I'm looking for, but it calls for a re-visit. Don't think I've heard Today is the Day, but am excited to! Finally, Manson is an old favorite and I know all too well where to find their darkest material. My goal is to hopefully find something even darker than Manson, if that's possible! Thanks again. Oh, and great screen-name!

Thanks for the recommendations, daddysangel! I'm not familiar with any of these songs, but I'll look into them. I'll pass on the Evanescence though. Going to need something far darker than that!

Thanks, loopy! I love this Verve track also, and although it is quite sad, it's not nearly depressing enough for me right now!
