Default Some Books I Loved

Books remain one of my only passionate things, so thought I'd share 'em. Its mostly heroic fantasy books I read (bit of a romantic at heart, despite the pessimism).

By David Gemmell:

The Troy trilogy.
The Drenai books.
The Jon Shannow books.
The Stones of Power books.

David Gemmell's books were the first heroic fantasy books I read, and I truly loved, and love, them. I hope to inspire some young child someday like Gemmell inspired me, with my own writing. Btw: all his books are good, just recommended the series I enjoyed best.

By Robin Hobb:

The Farseer trilogy.
The Liveship Traders.
The Tawny Man.
The Soldier Son.

Robin Hobb's books are more descriptive than Gemmell's, better in my mind. My attachment to Gemmell's books is sentimental, if I had to recommend only one of the two authors, I'd say Hobb. Her first three trilogies, especially, are simply brilliant in my mind.

Thanks for reading, hope some of you take the odd look into the recommendations. Take it easy.
