Default bipolar and memory issues?

who else finds this... that along with their bipolar, they have really severe memory issues?

it embarrasses me... my memory used to be so good- i could remember numbers and long portions of text but ever since i was diagnosed, my memory's been getting worse day by day.... and now it's even at a stage where i lose entire days- it's hard enough trying to focus on a tv show.. but even more embarrasing when my memory goes completely and i'm left wondering what i did in the last 24 hours

so anyone else?

I do know that feeling, especially in depressive episodes I easily lose the concept of time and I wouldn't remember what I ate for lunch even though it was 2 hours ago... I don't have any tips though, sorry.
