I cry as well, absolutely uncontrollably. I will stay up for hours on end crying, shaking, and getting horrible headaches. My whole body shakes, a lot, and I have trouble breathing. It usually happens at night.

I have different symptoms dependant upon whether I'm having an anxious or depressive day. With depression is crying, I cry, cry, cry and feel very tired.

With anxiety I get tingling across my chest and down my arms. I get lightheaded, confused, hot flushes, shaking and find it hard to sit still.

I tend to be the opposite. When I'm feeling my anxiety, I can't cry...I feel like a huge ball of emotions that's getting ready to blow, but I never do. I also get a tight feeling in my chest, like I want to take a deep, full breath, but I can't. My hands get clammy, I maybe sweat a little, I get shaky, and my breathing speeds up.

I've only gotten close to a panic attack once a few weeks ago. I was close to hyperventilating, I was dizzy, I was shaking, my hands were clammy, and I had tingling in my hands and feet.

When my anxiety was at its worse... I had the following symptoms:

my back hurted a lot! My entire back would be in knots, and the pain would wrap around my rib cage too. Nausea is definitely another. I would eat like once every 3 days (at my worse and would threw up a lot). Uncontrollable twitching of my body parts. In the mornings, my hands would be so shakey that I couldn't spread butter on toast. Insomnia was another. Sweaty palms (didn't bother me much though compared to the others).

When I would have an anxiety attack, pain would follow my back around my rib cage to my chest, I would hyper-ventilate, pull on my hair and either relax slowly on my own, take medication to help, or if it was really bad and I had no medicine... hyper-ventilate to the point of passing out.

I found smoking cigs helped with the shakes... but normally made the nausea worse if it was a strong ciggy. Keep them "light"!

Now, being off my meds, the anxiety isn't so bad. My back hurts from time to time, instead of 24/7. I randomly get a spasm in my muscle here and there (random shake). I seem to only get anxious about things from the past now though... like I had a ton of absences from this one class so I was super anxious to go talk to the professor to explain to her what I was going through... but I don't seem to get anxious now about anything new that normally in the past would make me anxious.

I cry uncontrollably and shake.

Or, as my last one(few minutes ago), hyperventilating, headache, coldsweating, shaking, etc.

Super fast heart rate increase.
Hands sweat sometimes.
A sensation that feels like my pulse on the inside of my head.
Over-salivating.
Stomach hurts.

Sweating, shaking, twitching, stuttering and lisping (as i seem to lose accurate control of my tongue), my whole array of nervous ticks show, vision can dim, dizziness, fatigue, crying and nausea. Also heart rate increases, as does breathing, chills and headaches.
