I feel like sometimes, I just get so anxious that I shut down and all I want to do is kill myself. Other times, I feel decent, not too good, but not too bad. But for no reason, I just start to get really anxious and then I think about things and this overwhelming feeling of being all alone just really scares me and during those moments, it feels like the only way for out is to die. I eventually calm down and things don't get so bad, but I feel like this happens too much and it's just hard to deal with and hard to make progress when this happens multiple times a day...

I just want to let you know your not alone here I used to suffer from panic attacks just as much as you. The best thing I found to do was a distraction it could be anything, personally I'm a bit of a gamer so I grab a game and focus on it really hard. Maybe for you it could be a book or a physical activity or maybe even having a friend you can phone who can just talk about their day anything to take your mind off it, If you can grab a friend to be with it helps, as you don't feel as alone anymore even people on skype can help

those actually sound more like anxiety attacks than panic attacks.

Just figure out what triggers you and what helps calm them down-it takes some time and a lotta practice but youll get the hang of it

Thanks. I guess I use panic/anxiety attack interchangeably.

I feel like it's happening now and I'm shutting down and I just want to hurt myself.
